What are your business hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM and have limited coverage on Saturday 10AM to 2PM.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard and Amex.
Can I get a full refund?
It depends on the policy you have selected when making your reservation, in most cases we can offer a full refund if you let us know 14 days or more prior to the start of your reservation. We also have non-refundable policies that offer you a saving.
Can I get an early check-in or late check-out?
This depends if we have guests arriving/leaving on the same day, so please get in touch with us and we'll be able to advise!
